What we cover
Planning. Working out what the video is for and who it is talking to, before anyone picks up a camera. Shot lists, and the questions worth asking first.
Filming. Framing, light and sound on a phone. The handful of things that separate footage that looks accidental from footage that looks deliberate.
Editing. Assembling your story, trimming it back, adding titles and music, and exporting it at the right size for wherever it is going.
Who it is for
Community organisations, councils, libraries, government teams, land councils, ranger groups and small businesses. Anyone who needs to make their own video regularly and would rather do it themselves than outsource every single one.
How it runs
On-site at your location anywhere in Australia, at our place in Cairns, or live online. Sessions are sized to your group and your budget, from a short workshop through to a full one or two day course. Every session is hands-on from start to finish, and everyone makes something real before they leave.
